Construction Progress Update at LUMIÈRE SpringBay – September 2025

With steady and well-coordinated progress, LUMIÈRE SpringBay continues its journey to shape a vibrant living space in the heart of Ocean Park 2. Day and night, our team of dedicated workers, engineers, and experts are working with passion and precision to ensure the project stays right on schedule.

As of today, key milestones have been achieved across the towers:

• AMOR Tower (L1): Structural works completed up to the 25th floor slab; façade wall construction finished up to the 5th floor.

• FIRA Tower (Z1): Structural works completed up to the 27th floor slab; façade wall construction finished up to the 8th floor.

• FELIZ Tower (Z2): Structural works completed up to the 26th floor slab; façade wall construction finished up to the 8th floor.

• VIDA Tower (L2): Structural works completed up to the 25th floor slab; façade wall construction finished up to the 8th floor.

Alongside the ever-rising apartment towers, the project’s landscape areas—Active Zone and Wellness Zone—are also taking shape with reinforced concrete structures now underway.
