In the investor category, CapitaLand Development (CLD) clinched the title of “Outstanding Real Estate Developer” for the third consecutive time, and for the second time, was honored as the “Outstanding Sustainable Real Estate Developer.” CLD also garnered recognition with the “Special Certificate in Sustainable Construction and Design” and the “Special Certificate in Social Responsibility.”
Within the project category, Lumi Hanoi, CLD’s recent luxury apartment venture in the western part of Hanoi, secured three prestigious awards: “Excellent Luxury Apartment Project (Hanoi),” “Excellent Luxury Apartment Architecture Design,” and “Excellent Apartment Landscape Design.”

Lumi Hanoi won the awards “Excellent luxury apartment project (Hanoi)”, “Excellent luxury apartment architectural design” and “Excellent apartment landscape design”.
As of now, nine projects by CapitaLand Development (CLD) in Vietnam have successfully obtained green building certification. Notable examples include Feliz en Vista, d’Edge Thao Dien, and Vista Verde in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Mulberry Lane and Seasons Avenue in Hanoi. Particularly noteworthy is Heritage West Lake in Hanoi, along with De La Sol and DEFINE in Ho Chi Minh City, all of which have attained the BCA Green Mark green building certification at various levels for project design, as accredited by the Singapore Ministry of Construction.
