M Riverside is located in Hai Chau ward, at the junction of September 2 Street, Binh Hien Street and Dao Tan Street, giving the building access from three street frontages. Hai Chau is the traditional commercial and administrative centre of Da Nang and provides a very different living environment from the beachfront neighbourhoods around My Khe.
