Vinhomes officially launched the Vinhomes Global Gate project for sale in September 2024, sparking a major surge in Hanoi’s real estate market. Villa prices at Vinhomes Global Gate range from $11,000/m² to $15,000/m², while apartments are priced between $4,300/m² and $5,000/m².
To some customers, these figures may seem steep, given the project’s location across the Red River in an area that still appears to be in the early stages of development. However, the condominium developments at Vinhomes Global Gate have been steadily released and rapidly absorbed by the market.
The first two residential towers, launched by Masterise Homes, are part of the Masterise Grand Avenue subdivision. Shortly after, MIK Group introduced three more towers under the Imperia Signature Cổ Loa subdivision. Remarkably, all five towers sold out within just one to two months of their launch.
As of March 2025, buyers are eagerly awaiting the release of the next three towers in the Imperia Signature subdivision, collectively known as The Cosmopolitan.

Is Dong Anh an underdeveloped area?

It’s convenient to live in Vinhomes Global Gate thanks to Tu Lien bridge, Ring Road 2 and Metro Line 4
For many years, Cổ Loa remained a lesser-developed area in Hanoi’s real estate market, often perceived as an underwhelming part of the city. However, its strategic location along Ring Road 2—a key beltway encircling Hanoi’s central districts—positions it as a prime candidate for future growth.
Over the years, both Cổ Loa and Đông Anh District have been included in numerous infrastructure and urban development plans, as well as large-scale entertainment projects. Notable initiatives include BRG Smart City, Kim Quy Park, Vinhomes Cổ Loa, Vinhomes Tàm Xá, and the Giảng Võ Exhibition Center. Yet, persistent delays in implementation have created a sense of pent-up potential, awaiting the right catalyst for transformation.
Vinhomes Cổ Loa also benefits greatly from Metro Line 4, which runs through the mega project and features two stations within the development. Metro Line 4 connects with Lines 1, 2, 3, and 5, forming an integrated urban rail network that seamlessly links the city center with surrounding areas.

Vinhomes initiates the transformation of Cổ Loa and Đông Anh
That moment finally arrived in 2024, when Vinhomes ignited a long-anticipated real estate boom by officially launching the Vinhomes Global Gate project, also known as Vinhomes Cổ Loa. Spanning an impressive 385 hectares, this expansive urban development features 40 hectares of green space and lakes, 4,147 villas, and more than 10 high-rise buildings, including a five-star hotel and luxury apartments.
Further accelerating this momentum, Hanoi is set to break ground on Tứ Liên Bridge in 2025, directly linking the project to the Tây Hồ area. This strategic infrastructure investment is expected to be a game-changer, driving rapid growth and unlocking the potential of areas across the Red River.

Vinhomes is undeniably a giant in Vietnam’s real estate market, and there’s little need for an introduction. To put it briefly, Vinhomes has consistently developed high-end condominiums, livable urban areas, luxury residential communities, and some of the country’s most iconic buildings. Beyond just housing, residents enjoy an extensive ecosystem of amenities, including landscaped green spaces, Vincom shopping malls, international schools, gyms, swimming pools, and more.
Its reputation, commitment to integrated amenities, and professional management have solidified Vinhomes as the number one real estate developer in the market.

The Upgraded “10-Minute City” Model
The “15-Minute City” concept, first introduced by Professor Carlos Moreno from Sorbonne University, has gained global recognition. South Korean developers have taken it further with the “10-Minute City” in Seoul, a 50.5-hectare complex where residents can walk to schools, offices, parks, and sports centers within 10 minutes.
Vinhomes Global Gate is set to become the first “10-Minute International Commercial City” in Northeast Hanoi, offering seamless access to the city center. The Tứ Liên Bridge, expected to break ground in Q3 2025, will cut travel time to inner Hanoi to just 5 minutes. The project features a grid-style layout with wide internal roads and major arterial routes, ensuring smooth mobility. Residents can walk, cycle, or use eco-friendly transport like VinBus and Taxi Xanh SM.
With over 40 hectares of green space, including a 32-hectare ecological lake, parks, and BBQ gardens, the development blends nature with Asian-European architecture. Offering top-tier amenities beyond market standards, Vinhomes Global Gate is becoming Northeast Hanoi’s most desirable address, driving strong migration and investment into the area.
