As of August 14, 2025, Celestine Westlake Tay Ho project has officially completed the construction and topping out of the 4th floor, and is now preparing to proceed with the 5th floor. The construction stages continue to be closely supervised and expedited to ensure both the progress and the quality of the project at the highest level.
